La'Shontae Heckard is a video girl, born in Seoul, South Korea, better known as La'Shontae or just Tae. She was born to an African-American (father), and Korean (mother). Heckard has not only has she been seen on the big and small screens, she also been in several music videos and magazines showcasing her looks.
