Kim Victoria Fields (born May 12, 1969 in New York, New York) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles as Tootie Ramsey on the long-running NBC sitcom The Facts of Life, and as Regine Hunter on the FOX sitcom Living Single. She is the daughter of actress/producer Chip Fields and the older sister of actress Alexis Fields.
